Hotel Lucent

The Hotel Lucent, formerly known as the Mermaid Inn, undertook a full renovation in 2015. They have installed Electric Vehicle chargers, a solar system, they have replaced all of the utility infrastructure, including new pipes, wires, insulation, low flow toilets, dimmer switches, new HVAC units and low voltage lighting. The hotel has undertaken many other green upgrades and is working towards becoming a certified Green Business.
